If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags back into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location. You will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
